Employer's cost of Health Insurance on the employee's W2
■ With the Affordable Care Act comes the requirement to include the employer's cost of health insurance on the employee's W2's. This reporting is OPTIONAL for 2011, but does become mandatory for tax year 2012
■ W2 Box 12DD will be added to report the Employer's cost of health insurance
